SHIPPING & LOGISTICS POLICY

At Meenysa Neil International, we follow a structured, transparent, and internationally compliant shipping and logistics process to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery of natural stones to our global buyers.


1. Global Shipping Capability

We export granite, marble, quartzite, sandstone, limestone, and slates from India to Europe, the UK, the Middle East, Asia, and other international markets. Shipments are routed either directly from India or via Estonia (EU logistics hub), depending on buyer requirements and delivery strategy.


2. Shipping Terms (Incoterms®)

We offer flexible international trade terms, including:

  • FOB (Free On Board) – Buyer arranges freight after port of loading

  • CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight) – We arrange freight and marine insurance

  • CFR (Cost & Freight) – Freight included, insurance optional

All Incoterms® follow ICC international standards.


3. Packaging & Container Loading

  • Export-grade wooden crates / seaworthy packing

  • Slabs secured with A-frames and shock-resistant supports

  • Tiles packed with foam, plastic sheets & fumigation-treated pallets

  • Container loading supervised with photographic & video documentation


4. Documentation & Compliance

Each shipment is accompanied by:

  • Commercial Invoice & Packing List

  • Bill of Lading (Original / Telex)

  • Certificate of Origin

  • HS Code–based customs documents

  • Fumigation & ISPM-15 compliance

  • SGS / third-party inspection reports (if required)


5. Customs Clearance & EU Routing

For European buyers, shipments may be routed via Estonia, enabling:

  • Faster EU customs processing

  • VAT-compliant invoicing (where applicable)

  • Simplified intra-EU distribution

Indian export and EU import regulations are followed strictly.


6. Delivery Timelines

  • Production: 2–4 weeks (depending on material & finish)

  • Sea transit: 15–35 days (destination dependent)

  • ETA shared before shipment confirmation


7. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers are responsible for:

  • Destination port clearance (unless CIF/DDP agreed)

  • Local duties, taxes, and inland transport

  • Timely document confirmation


8. Risk & Insurance

Marine insurance is arranged under CIF terms. Under FOB/CFR, insurance can be arranged on request.


9. Transparency & Communication

Buyers receive:

  • Pre-dispatch photos/videos

  • Loading confirmation

  • Shipping line details & tracking

  • Dedicated export coordination support


10. Policy Updates

This Shipping & Logistics Policy may be updated to reflect changes in international trade laws, shipping regulations, or operational improvements.
