Step 1: Buyer Inquiry & Requirement Confirmation

• EU buyer submits an inquiry through our EU Buyer Inquiry Form

• Product specifications, quantity, packing, and delivery port are finalized

• Applicable Incoterms: FOB / CIF / DDP (as mutually agreed)

Step 2: Price Quotation & Commercial Terms

• Official quotation issued by Meenysa Neil Estonia Import OÜ

• Prices structured as EU-compliant invoices

• VAT applicability clarified (reverse charge or local VAT as per buyer status)

Step 3: Proforma Invoice & Buyer Confirmation

• Proforma Invoice issued by Estonian company

• Buyer confirms order via email / signed PI

• Payment terms agreed (Advance / LC / Bank Transfer)

Step 4: Procurement from India

• Goods sourced directly from our Indian manufacturing & export network

• Quality inspection, grading, and packing as per EU standards

Step 5: Shipping & Documentation

• Shipment arranged from India to EU port

• Complete export documentation prepared:

  • Commercial Invoice
