1. EU & ESTONIA EXPORT PROCESS
Via Meenysa Neil Estonia Import OÜ (Upcoming EU Entity)
For buyers located in the European Union, exports are structured through our Estonian company to ensure EU trade compliance and efficient VAT handling.
Step 1: Buyer Order Confirmation
Buyer confirms the order via:
Email confirmation, or
Signed Proforma Invoice (PI)
Step 2: Issuance of Proforma Invoice
Proforma Invoice issued by Meenysa Neil Estonia Import OÜ
Invoice includes:
Product description & HS codes
Quantity & packing details
Agreed Incoterms (EXW / FOB / CIF / DDP)
Payment terms
Delivery timeline
Step 3: Payment Terms & Confirmation
Buyer completes payment as per agreed terms
Accepted modes:
Bank Transfer
Advance Payment
Letter of Credit (LC)
Order processing begins only after payment confirmation
Step 4: Procurement from India
Goods sourced from our Indian manufacturing & quarry partners
Quality inspection conducted as per EU standards
Export-grade packing ensured
Step 5: Shipping & Export Documentation
Shipment arranged from India to EU port
Export documents prepared:
Commercial Invoice
Packing List
Bill of Lading
Certificate of Origin
Insurance (if CIF)
Step 6: EU Import, Clearance & Delivery
Import handled under Estonian entity
EU customs clearance completed
Final delivery to buyer’s warehouse, showroom, or project site
2. EXPORT TO REST OF THE WORLD
Direct Export from India

For buyers outside the European Union, exports are executed directly from India.
Step 1: Buyer Confirmation & Documentation
Buyer provides:
Order confirmation / signed PI
Buyer company details
Indian agent or shipping line preference (if applicable)
Step 2: Proforma Invoice & Compliance
Proforma Invoice issued from India
Buyer must provide No Objection Certificate (NOC) on company letterhead if required
Delay or non-submission of mandatory documents may result in order hold
Step 3: Payment & Order Activation
Payment received as per agreed terms
Order activated for production or sourcing
Step 4: Quality Control & Packing
Material inspected and approved
Export-standard packing executed
Step 5: Shipment & Export Documents
Shipment booked with authorized shipping line
Documents issued:
Commercial Invoice
Packing List
Bill of Lading
Certificate of Origin
Insurance (if applicable)
Step 6: Destination Delivery
Shipment dispatched to destination port
Buyer responsible for local customs clearance
Final delivery as per agreed Incoterms
Order Hold & Cancellation Policy
Orders may be kept on hold if required documents or payments are delayed
Prices may be revised in case of prolonged delay
Cancellation terms apply as per Proforma Invoice conditions
