1. What products does Meenysa Neil International Export Pvt. Ltd. offer?
We specialize in the export of Indian granite, marble, sandstone, limestone, slates, and quartzites. Each product is sourced from the best quarries in India and processed using advanced technology to ensure premium quality for global clients.
2. Which countries do you export to?
We export our natural stones worldwide, including the USA, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific regions. We continuously expand our network of importers and sales agents to reach new international markets.
3. What are your standard export terms?
We operate mainly under FOB, CIF, and CFR terms as per buyer preference. A Proforma Invoice is issued after receiving a formal purchase order or Letter of Intent (LOI). The buyer must confirm the invoice and submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) on their company letterhead before shipment.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers (TT), LC (Letter of Credit), and other secure international payment methods. Payment terms are discussed and finalized in the Proforma Invoice stage.
5. How long does it take to process and ship an order?
Typically, shipments are processed within 15–30 working days, depending on the product, customization, and port clearance. Customers receive tracking details once the shipment is dispatched.
6. Can I request custom sizes or finishes for stone products?
Yes, we provide custom cutting, polishing, and finishing options to meet architectural or design project requirements. You can specify these details during your order confirmation.
7. Do you have international sales agents?
Yes, we appoint authorized international sales agents in various countries. These agents assist buyers in order placement, product guidance, and documentation verification.
8. What if my international sales agent’s client provides fake documents?
If any sales agent’s client is found providing fake or misleading documents three times, the agent’s contract will be immediately terminated.
Meenysa Neil International Export Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for any financial, practical, or intellectual losses arising from such cases.
9. What documents do buyers need to submit for placing an order?
Buyers must send:
Letter of Intent (LOI) or official purchase order
Company profile
Importer/exporter code (if applicable)
No Objection Certificate (NOC) on company letterhead with stamp and signature

10. What is your return or refund policy?
Due to the nature of export-grade stone products, we do not offer returns once the shipment leaves India. However, in case of verified product damage, we assess each case individually and offer compensation or replacement as per company policy.
